MURRAY COLE
An experienced and enthusiastic agent who thrives on real estate’s challenges and variety, Murray Cole has worked as a licensed agent in the Sutherland Shire for over 25 years. Able to establish instant rapport, he enjoys meeting new people and is focused on building longstanding client relationships. His affable nature, unwavering dedication to his clients and clear communication with straightforward feedback has resulted in a high level of referrals and repeat business for Murray. Murray grew up in Caringbah South and now lives in Cronulla with his wife and two children, attributing his astute knowledge of the local waterways in equal parts to his long standing career in sales in the area as well as his favourite past times of surfing the local breaks, ski paddling and cruising the Port Hacking by boat. Murray is a big proponent of supporting local business and when he’s not in the office or the water, you can usually find him either at the gym or sipping on a long black at one of the various coffee shops in the area.
Committed to securing great outcomes, Murray is focused on continual improvement and has regular coaching sessions with John McGrath to enhance his skills. He sells property at all levels of the market but specialises in waterfront properties and prestige sales. Anthony Gentile
Sales assistant Anthony Gentile is known for delivering exceptional client experiences, drawing on 15 years in hospitality within the local area. His community knowledge and commitment to service ensure every client feels confident, supported, and cared for throughout their property journey.
Based in McGrath Cronulla, Anthony specialises in Caringbah, Gymea, Engadine, Kirrawee, and Woolooware, establishing a home for over two decades. His close-knit ties to the local hospitality industry give him a genuine understanding of the lifestyle and community spirit that make the region so special.
His service-first mindset and overall experience helped strengthen his emotional intelligence, allowing him to communicate effectively in guiding clients with care and clarity. Maddison Anderson
A member of Murray Cole’s team since 2010, Maddi began her real estate career while studying at University. In what began as a temporary position, she fell in love with the diversity of the job and the fast pace the property market offers. Having since completed multiple degrees and Masters in the healthcare field, Maddi continues to split her time between working as an Executive Assistant to Murray and being a radiographer/sonographer. She loves the variety of having two completely diverse career paths and has a passion for both, claiming her working week is never dull.
Maddi loves all things health and fitness and has represented Australia in both Oztag and Rugby 7’s. In her spare time, you might find Maddi down the oval kicking a footy or at the beach with her family. Maddi welcomed her daughter Harlow to the world in 2020 and has loved the transition of becoming a working mum.
Maddi’s hard-working and dedicated nature make her an asset to Murray and his team. She is the backbone of the work behind the scenes at Team Cole, enabling Murray to focus his time and energy on negotiating your sale. Maddi loves being able to make a potentially stressful event an enjoyable one for all her clients and is there every step of the way from listing to settlement to guide you through the selling process.
Preeti Poblacio
With an extensive administration and customer service background, Preeti is a Client Service Manager for Team Cole. While she is new to the Real Estate industry, her hardworking, meticulous nature mean she is an extremely fast learner. Preeti enjoys the challenge of working with Team Cole, and the opportunity to continue to develop the skills she has put to good use in other industries. She thrives working under pressure, which is perfectly suited to her marketing role where multi-tasking, time management skills and working to deadlines are of utmost importance.
Preeti is kind hearted, eager to please, and extremely organised, fitting in with our Team Cole dynamic perfectly. Preeti is a nature lover, and often spends her time with friends outdoors hiking, biking or swimming. In her downtime, she also enjoys a good book or documentary.
A highly motivated individual, Preeti finds joy in assisting others, and will go above and beyond for her clients. Being one of four siblings, her nurturing personality allows her to connect with all, and work well in a team environment.
SIMON Jaeger
Simon was born with a natural ability to communicate and his high level of skill as an auctioneer was noticed immediately on the Sydney scene when he was headhunted on the back of his performance at a real estate charity event. Years on, Simon has crafted a highly sought after service, combining his infectious energy and sharp negotiation skills with an extensive capability for situation analysis.
Born and raised in the Sutherland Shire, Simon and his wife are now bringing up their own three children in the area and if he’s not calling auctions, there’s a good chance you’ll spot Simon scrambling through the National Park with his much loved running crew, or alternatively, soaking up one of Cronulla's beaches with the kids in tow.
Simon’s enduring hunger for success and his genuine love of life extends into everything that he does and it’s the driving force behind his talent as an auctioneer, making Simon a valued member of Team Cole. Most people think that it's the house that sells itself at an auction, but really there’s a lot to be gained from a highly skilled auctioneer, especially one like Simon who has a sixth sense for working with Murray to get the most out of the buyers on the day.
